Can I purchase Tree Hut online?
Tree Hut can be purchased online at amazon.com, drugstore.com or cvs.com.

Why can’t I find Original Shea (or other fragrance) at my local retailer?
While we would love for every retailer to carry every item, we’re still a small company, so the retailers call the shots.  You can always talk to the local store manager and see if they can stock it for you or you can order all our products online.

What Happened to MANGO?!
It’s back!  Sorry it took so long, we read your emails and your letters… The late night phone calls were a bit scary and so were the threats… So Tropical Mango is back, better than before with real mango puree and it’s available in all our new forms like the amazing sugar scrub.

Why is this fragrance no longer available?
Some fragrances are seasonal, so we’re only available for a limited time.  If your favorite fragrance is no longer available, let us know on facebook and we’ll try to revive it for short time.

Are your products tested on animals?
Of course not.  That’s part of our promise.  None of our products are tested on animals and they do not contain animal byproducts.  Even our glycerin is plant-derived.

Do you use any preservatives in your products?
Of course.  Preservatives make sure that products don’t grow bacteria or go rancid in your bathroom.  We use the safest preservatives that provide a good balance between keeping our products fresh and keeping your body amazing.  All Tree Hut products are paraben and DMDM-free.

Which of your products works best for very dry skin? Why?
Our Tree Hut Shea Body Butters are formulated specifically to address dry skin needs. Tree Hut’s Shea Body Butter helps regulate moisture, provide deep hydration, soften and nourish the skin.  In addition to Shea Butter, our Body Butters contain extracts which naturally contain vitamins, antioxidants and botanical oils. These skin-essential oils and vitamins further enhance the product’s ability to deliver its hydrating and skin-smoothing benefits.

What is the difference between Cocoa Butter and Cacoa Butter?
Nothing!  Just another way of saying the same thing.  We try to mix it up to keep you on your toes.

Are your products gluten-free?
There is no gluten ingredient in our formulas, but there could be trace amounts from the manufacturing process of other ingredients.

Do you offer free samples or coupons?
Sometimes. The best way to have a chance at winning a full size product is by becoming a Tree Hut fan on Facebook. Its way better than getting a small sample, plus you get the latest updates on new products and promotions.

What happened to the other products I love?
If the product isn’t on our website, then it most likely has been discontinued. Sometimes we do sell our inventory to a discount retailer. Let us know the items you can’t live without and we’ll do our best to let you know where you may find them. If there is enough people obsessed with it, we may bring it back.
